Our house is in a village in the Charente-Maritime in South West France,  20 miles South of Cognac and 10 miles from Jonzac.

 It has spacious living accommodation on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor.

Views across the surrounding countryside from the sun terrace at the rear are wonderful. The village centre is within 5 minutes walk and there is a shop selling bread and groceries which is open every day except Sunday.

There is a supermarket and bar within 10 minutes drive and all major amenities are available in Jonzac, which is famous for its natural spa and has a large indoor swimming complex.

 30 min. from A10 Autoroute at Pons.

 Airports and car rental now available  via Ryanair at Angouleme (40 min) or La Rochelle (90 min.) and via BA and Air France at Bordeaux (60 min.)
