The house has been fully fitted out to a high standard as it is used by us and our friends for holidays. We intend to live there much of the time from Spring 2010.

It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 adults (including a double sofa bed).

There is secure parking for at least 2 cars.
 
The house stands in its own grounds with gates for child safety. It has cultivated fields to one side and the rear (see photos) and the neighbour to the other side is 30 metres away. It is located on a small road which has a little local traffic only.

It is ideal for quiet holidays or as a base for property searches and is available for weekly or monthly lets.

The property is managed locally by a British couple who provide a full changeover service.
